Our Mission
The mission of Education Alliance is to assist School Districts as they develop, implement, and continuously improve their systems as envisioned through local, state and federal guidelines. The mission will be achieved by constructing partnerships and together, implementing models of excellence to impact the School District schools and raise achievement for all students. This includes the following:
- Promoting the use of Reading curriculums and other high performance models
- Aligning and accelerating educational improvement efforts
- Providing various technical assistance and professional development opportunities for educators
- Capturing and disseminating successful improvement strategies via physical and electronic mediums
- Creating networks to support full implementation of high performance
- Confidence and self-assurance to lead and inspire others to higher levels of performance enhance ability to influence others to work together toward a common vision
- Preparing to be an effective instructional leader in an ever-changing educational system personal and professional growth
- Increase focus of empowering members of staff and faculty
- Develop a better team within each campus
- Empowerment of staff
